Elmarit-M 21mm/2.8 (11134), does not work on CL.

I have a Elmarit-M 21/2.8,(11134)  on the CL it is not possible to focus to infiniti, I can only focus from 0.7m to 1.5 m. then the rear part of the lens hit the baffle inside the lens mount.

On my T and TL2 it works ok.

Elmarit-M 11134 is selectable in the lens profiles so it is supposed to be usable?

Will it be usable on full frame L mount cameras?

The lens is from the last batch made in 1997, sn. 3718451.

According to the M-Adapter L instructions booklet, « Leica M lenses whose construction protrudes backwards by more than 11mm over the bayonet contact area cannot be used ». The Elmarit-M 21/2.8 # 11134 is not listed there but it is listed on the Leica website (https://tinyurl.com/fedasv9b) as well as in the lens profiles menu of the camera. Given that there are three variants of the 11134 lens (AFAIK) it could be that the third one protrudes farther than the earlier ones but i may be wrong. You may wish to ask on the Collectors forum to be sure, or to check if your lens protrudes by more than 11mm actually.
