The discussion in the voting thread was interesting and I agree that for the next competition we need to generate more interest and hopefully more entries. erl Posted March 11, 2021 Share #6 Posted March 11, 2021 To Bateleur and Doug A, I say well done. IMO, for the future, promotion is the weak link. How to do that right is the only question. The future of any competition is dependent on how it is promoted. A simple example is the fact that it took me awhile to actually find this thread with the results! A simple link at the end of the voting thread to the results page would have expedited connection. (Not a criticism of Doug A's organisation, but rather an observation on how we all organize this group.) When Batelour prepares the subject for the next comp. he may solicit our advice on future organizing.
