The corners are not perfect, nothing to lose sleep over in my opinion. Colours rendition is great, there is no CA with this lens, unlike the 50 ASPH and the APO 50 and it's great against the light, much better than the 50 ASPH. It's only downside for most will be its price, it doesn't come cheap.
