They're probably feeling pinch of having their rollfilm boycotted by photographers, like me, whose negatives have been ruined by Ilford's continued use of inferior backing paper.

Yes, the backing paper on 120 does not feel as good as other brands (kodak feels much better). I did not face any issue though. I had some of the faulty/recalled rolls of delta 3200, ilford sent some replacements. I lost the photos of course but their customers services was really top notch.

Do you have any advice to minimize the chances of issues? I still have some delta 400 left. No issue so far...
