I did not notice that phenomenon on AFS.

So again it is logical to attribute the blur effect relating to final refinement focusing and EVF refresh rate of Panasonic & Leica. The same contrast detection AF is used in final refinement focusing in other mirrorless Phase detection AF camera but we do not hear about this phenomenon.
