audidudi Posted August 23, 2007 Author Share #3 Posted August 23, 2007 beautiful, cool tones. Thanks for your comments. I previously never paid much attention to what was on the ground, but this past February, I shot some amazing photographs of leaves during my vacation on Kauai. Since then, I've spent nearly as much time looking down as up on my photo outings and this photo is one of roughly 15 "forest floor" scenes I shot this weekend ... haven't finished processing them yet, though, so I don't know if any will turn out better or worse than this one. samwells Posted August 24, 2007 Share #4 Posted August 24, 2007 Jeffrey: Lovely pastel colours, helped by the flat lighting, and great combination of textures...certainly pays to look down. cheers: Sam
farnz Posted August 24, 2007 Share #5 Posted August 24, 2007 Well seen, Jeffrey. With all the borer in the bark (the little black holes) it's a good thing your L1's not made of wood! Pete.
