Surprise!  After connecting to my SL2-S with Fotos, I put the camera into multishot mode and selected a delay of 2 sec before the shot.  Then I went into Remote, focused and pressed the trigger on my phone.  The results was a multishot, followed by a single exposure, just as it works on the camera.  I tried to also get a bracket (you can set that using settings  > Drive > bracket), but nothing happened.  Just a single shot and the camera was left in single shot.  I finally connected to my SL2 and tried the multishot experiment, but that did not work.  One shot resulted and it left the camera in single shot mode.  So the change is in camera firmware, not in Fotos. Obvious experiment for another day is to set up a bracket on the camera, fixing all the parameters that you have to choose one or more levels down in the menus.  Then see if it will launch from Fotos.  T
