Exporting Photo with a simple White Border out of Lightroom

Is there  plug in for  Lightroom so I can export my photo file with a simple white border?

I know I can ad a border in Lightroom but seems to be so many steps to do so.

 

I just want to export jpg photos with a simple small white border around them. Nothing fancy.

Is there a fast and easy way?

I believe there is a printing preset which will do that. Not sure if it can be saved and applied to an exported file.

Open the photo in Photoshop.  Create a new canvas (file/new...) with the size you want.  "Window/arrange/tile vertically" to see both images on the screen.  Drag the photo to the new canvas.  Save using "File/save as".  Then you are done.
