How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

My daughter, Leica, and her new show horse, Ricky Romance. I'm glad I'm happy with the camera, hifi, etc gear I have, because I'm never going to be able to afford anything else, ever again, lol. FTR it's my wife who has the money, as I'm just a lowly photographer 😏 but I'm helping out where I can (like $700 worth of new coats and blankets ordered yesterday). Makes Leica toys seem cheap...

Well, I only paid something like $1300 in 2005 for my used 28, and about $3k after trade-in for my m10-R black paint, and I can write gear off as a pro. But that smile, you are right, priceless.

Well, considering her wall full of ribbons already at 11 (her skill set outgrew the previous horse we were just leasing, not owning), and her uncomplaining ability to go shovel manure at 6:30am on a Saturday morning, I'd say this might be her chosen path in life, college or no college. It certainly wasn't our first choice, lol.

I will say, her and mom did a great job picking out a photogenic Appaloosa. Just out of the trailer here after a drive from Sacramento to Seattle. M10-R, 28 'cron V1.
