For me the Color, because this image demonstrates the deep yet neutral colors of the M10R very clearly. The B&W version would have been better with the Monchrome1 in my view.

In the old days, say the M6 period, I was not utterly, but a bit dogmatic with cropping, a real photographer wouldn't do such a thing. But sometimes you want to show something, and the M10R is quite good for that. This one is about half the size of the original image, made with the Summilux 75 @2.8 and iso800

Very nice. About cropping, I've never felt there was anything magical about the 24x36 frame ratio--or 2 1/4 square, or 5x7, or 8x10. They're all just starting points, as your image demonstrates.
