Leica SL2 - Hot Shoe Cover Included?

I thought that this topic had already come up, but I couldn't find it. Does the SL2 come with a hot-shoe protective cover out of the box, or does it need to be purchased separately?

If so, does this have to be purchased from Leica as a part, or do dealers carry them? I saw a Leica demo from Leica Camera Australia, and the camera seemed to have one.

Mine didnt come with one, I just used the one I got off my CL because I have a thumbgrip on my CL

The camera is weather proof and doesn't come with one or need one. The SL was the same. Of course you could find a non-Leica cover (who would notice?) and use it.

Thanks - I got my answer. No, it's not included, and no, it is not needed. With that said, the hot-shoe cover for the Leica CL does fit, and I have the part number.
