You can stop it down all you want, but it was made extreme f/0.95 or f/1.4 to be used that way. If you won't use it that way, then get an f/2.0 is what it means. 

But of course you can stop down a f/0.95 to f/2.0 or f/8 if the subject requires it, or you like that look.
