Possible Damage to my Leica Cl from 7artisans M to L mount adapter=

I recently purchased from a recent Leica-Rumors offer a 7artisans 35mm f1.4 lens and a 7artisans close focus adapter Leica M - Leica L. The lens is great, highly recommend, however, when I went to swap lenses I noticed scuff marks/scratches on the black mounting surface that the holds the sensor. The sensor itself was not damaged. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm can't be 100% certain it wasn't there prior to using this lens adapter, I use others on different lenses. Anyone else noticed scuffing when using adapters?

How far does the adapter stick inside the body? As you describe it, it seems to have scuffed the baffle, no real harm done.

Looking at, and using both the 7A close focus adaptor and the Leica M-L adaptor I can't see that either is likely to cause damage or come close to touching the baffle.

Having said that my CL has a couple of small marks/scratches on the black surface (baffle), I'm pretty sure caused by my previous use one of the collapsible M mounts I have used on the CL on occasion.  No harm done,  sensor is fine.   Image for reference.

I also checked my adapters by eye and they look the same as well. As Boojay said "no harm done".
