jmahto Posted September 14, 2020 Share #1 Posted September 14, 2020 Advertisement (gone after registration) I had shot this picture last year in Big Basin State park (California). Home to world's tallest redwood trees. This park is fully burnt last month in the wild fires raging across California. Not sure whether these majestic trees have survived. Normally these are survivors, having up to 1ft thick bark that protects them from small fires. Feeling a little sad since this was one of my favorite places to visit. It is local to me, less that 2 hr of drive and I have been visiting this park for last 25 years. Sometimes things change too fast in Nature. Leica M2, CV 21 f/4, Cinestill 50D Welcome, dear visitor!
