In other words, except for a downpour does any weather hold you back? Thanks for your help.

jaapv Posted August 10, 2020 Share #3 Posted August 10, 2020 I used it intensively in tropical downpours. My main problem was the sensor fogging up. I do cover it up with a coat or plastic bag as much as possible.
tommonego@gmail.com Posted August 11, 2020 Share #4 Posted August 11, 2020 I have used it in light rain, misty mornings, sea side hikes etc. I haven't used it in a heavy down pour. I do have an Ewa Marine plastic cover for the camera, but it requires removing one side of the camera straps so I haven't used it.
nicci78 Posted August 11, 2020 Share #5 Posted August 11, 2020 It is not weather sealed. But used it as you wish. It may or may not break. If you can afford the repair. Do whatever. If not. Protect it against the rain.

I think in your region these weather situations are not very popular My pictures were taken in the Netherlands, near the sea. In wintertime these weather there is often to find.
