The main advantage of being able to pull back highlights (haven't compared it to the M10/-P, yet) is that one can ETTR which keeps shot noise down. This is at ISO 500 with NR at only +10 in LR. File is pretty clean. I'll compare it to the SL2 and ETTR both cameras at base ISO.
