Posted here because this is where my compadres hang out.  My CL’s  SD card does not go into its place. Stops half way in ????  I dusted off my only other camera a DMC LX 100. I’ll send to NJ unless you have a magic fix.

Have you tried a different card?  A few years back a card jammed in one of my cameras.  The Leica tech in NJ extracted it while I waited, showed me some damage to the pins, and advised I replace the card.  Maybe you'll get lucky with this.

Check the position of the lock on the side of the card. Sometimes they can get accidentally moved into the lock position and get caught as you try to insert the card. Also, as Stuart suggested, try a different card before sending it in.

Thanks fellows. I tried a different, new, card. No go. Put new card in DMC LX 100. 
sent CL. Insured for 3,000 cost 110.

😢 Sorry. Whenever I've sent cameras to NJ that were still under warranty I've asked them to provide me with a pre-paid shipping label. They have always complied.
