How to convert the Leica Noctilux-M 75/1.25 ASPH into an autofocus lens:

(Shot with Leica Macro-Elmar-M 90/4 @ f/8 on M9)

Why this rig?
Problem is that the 75mm Noctilux (with over 1 kg) is too heavy for the Techart Pro LM-EA9 autofocus adapter. This rig (attached to the lens) allows to let the camera body move freely. It can be completely operated from the smartphone.
