caissa Posted June 4, 2020 Share #1 Posted June 4, 2020 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Finally a member of the holy L-mount trinity has released a new light and very affordable zoom of 20-60mm range. If this had been available from the beginning, then the start of the L products could have been much smoother. Finally is there a entry zoom that everybody can afford. Of course the quality is not equal to the famous SL 24-90, but it features a fast AF and is very well usable for video, even for vlogging because of the 20mm . caissa Posted June 4, 2020 Author Share #5 Posted June 4, 2020 (edited) It’s useful for travel and street photography. (only 350 g). It’s relatively cheap (600 $). With fast AF and also very well usable for video. Maybe the 20mm could even be useful for landscape photography. It will make the L mount system much more attractive. (Especially for starters.). Too bad it is one year late. But maybe it is the beginning of a new direction resulting in “holiday” cameras for typical consumers. Maybe a (better affordable) lightweight camera from Panasonic will follow. Edited June 4, 2020 by caissa
