Â I wonder if people will start to lean towards 50/75/90 for photographing people, rather than 28/35, simply to maintain social distance. Yes, it does, because volume increases at distance^3, and the concentration of infectious droplets (number ÷ volume) is a strong determinant of transmission. So 6 feet vs. 3 feet can indeed substantially lower attack rates.  Also, a properly worn mask reduces the attack rate by a factor of 3 or more, so wear a mask whenever you can't guarantee distance from others, please. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
