I have used both intensively.

Optically I prefer the Nokton. It's sharp wide open and has a creamy bokeh that is only excelled by the Lux 50 ASPH. Its look is more neutral/modern.

Ergonomically I prefer the C-Sonnar as it is noticeable smaller and lighter. It has more character than the Nokton and may look less clinical.
Recent versions are optimized for f/1.5. Means, if you select f/1.5 and focus on the eyes, the eyes will be in focus. If you select f/2.8, the ears will be in focus.
Also the C-Sonnar will give you ninja bokeh balls from f/2.8 to f/5.6.
