It’s possible but at the moment the Z mount is a closed proprietary mount and Nikon isn’t letting anyone in. And even if they do I don’t see an adaptor between the two smallest players in the mirrorless segment. It’ll be Sigma and Tamron first followed by an EF adaptor, if it happens at all.

Best looking at the superior Panasonic bodies if you want L mount, anyway.

There is only 4mm of difference between Leica ‘L’ flange distance and Nikon ‘Z’ flange distance.  That’s not a lot to work with.  You need room for bayonet releases and the like.  I’m not sure it is feasible.  Even if it is, I can’t imagine there is much demand.  It’s not like there are a bunch of people sitting on large collections of SL glass that they wish they had a modern body for.  I would think your average ‘Z’ owner is primarily concerned with getting access to his/her large collection of ‘F’ mount glass, and that has long since been addressed.

IMO the main appeal to try the Zf is the additional aid for MF lenses. So it seems more logical to adapt M or R lenses and try that. I am not sure with Leica AF lenses what you expect to find when using them on the Zf?

I can confirm that M lenses work fine on the Zf. Thee are several manufacturers of the necessary adapter. Techart even make a autofocusing adapter albeit fairly slow. In both cases you can used the focusing assistance offered by the Zf.
