Beautiful photos, thanks for sharing.

How does Pana 24mm f1.8 stacks up against Sigmas counterparts; 24mm DG DN f2.0 and/or f3.5?

I only played with them in the store, so cant really say. The sigma feels much nicer in the hand, the handling is awesome, especially the f3.5 which is super small, wonderful little lens.  But i decided to go for the pana given that prior to owning the sl2s i was a pana s1 user, and i never really had any luck with sigma lenses, they all focused great in afs but in afc the difference was quite big compared to pana lenses, so i gave up on buying sigma lenses, (I used/owned the 1424mm, 35mm, and 45mm, all DG DN). Thats why i decided to get the pana instead.

The pana does feel quite plastic, but thats somehow good given it weights nothing, i dont mind the lack of aperture ring or plasitc feeling :)

Totally mirrors my experience with Sigma lenses (24-70/2.8, 35/1.4, 85/1.4, all DG DN) compared to my Panasonic 50/1.8. However, I don't have a Leica Summicron-SL so far. How does yours compare to your Sigma and Panasonic lenses regarding AFC?

I dont have any longer the sigma lenses. Currently I only have the Panasonic 24mm f1.8 and the leica 35mm sl apo, i can say that as much as i love the image quality from the apo, focusing is terrible. The pana is much fastr and precise and it feels like the sigmas would be as well.
