Worth seeking out, as Leica and Adobe seem to have worked out the bugs for tethering to Lightroom, and it works well with the current version of Lightroom Classic. A couple of weeks ago, Peter Coulson in Melbourne posted a YouTube video about it. He recently began shooting with an SL2 for studio work, and was quite happy with the tethered shooting. I must have watched the video 2 or 3 times to get all of the details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sbdjuj4yGRY

And Kirk Tuck had a couple of posts over the weekend about how both the SL2 and the SL work well tethered to Lightroom. https://visualsciencelab.blogspot.com/2022/11/breaking-news-update-for-leica-sl-users.html Both said that it was simply plug'n'play, but I found I had to install the latest plug-in (2.0.1) from Leica for my SL to be spotted by the program. It even works with my die-hard perpetual license version of LR 6.14, running on a Windows 7 laptop, albeit slower than on my Windows 10 laptop.
