No wonder I do not have the SL50lux. It’s not the size of an elephant at all, it can be shot one handed. It’s a very special lens. It flares just a tiny bit which can be used creatively. I am happy with 90-280, so I don’t see the SL50Lux as an issue in size and weight. I’m just not a 50mm shooter. The only 50mm lens I own is the 50 Noctilux-M. And I seldom use it.
