Fuji XT-3's 'film' profiles for out of the camera JPG are very good - especially ACROSS versions. I use the 16/1.4/23/2 and 56/1.2 on FujiX. Leica CL does not have the equivalent ease of use JPG files ( for those that like them) OR the faster lenses in wide that Fuji offers - I occasionally use an M lens on the Fuji via their dedicated M adaptor - so the Fuji system is very flexible and is easier to get a straight out of camera 'nice' JPG - also one has scope to alter basic JPG 'look' in with Fuji via further in camera tweaks to a greater extent than the CL offers - in particular the left side viewfinder (aka 'rangefinder' style) I wouldn't be in a hurry to switch out of the Fuji X series - unless (like me) you prefer the shooting experience of the CL - eg the XPro - 3 in my book is a retrograde step from Fuji - its hybrid viewfinder does not allow for lenses wider than 35 to be properly seen in the OVF and the OVF doesn't allow for a zoom function to make OVF focusing practical for longer focal lengths.
