Thanks for the link.

It seems Fuji Acros II  has a little more contrast , the grey tone is nicer ,  with great details in the shadows 

perhaps a little more definition ....  following this will be the purchase of  one roll to test

I lost interest in the comparison when the author said he used an Epsom V750 to scan the negatives.

The main advantage of Acros 100 was it’s unmatched reciprocity characteristic, the rest can easily be matched or bettered by other film and developer combinations.
 If Acros ii does not have the same reciprocity as the original Fuji Acros, then what we have is a capable black and white film called Acros ii.
