In the manual it states that the shutter speed can be adjusted in increments in conjunction with 'scene' modes but I can't work out how this is done.

In the review of the Q in DP review March 23 2016, they also refer to being able to adjust in 1/3 increments unless I'm misunderstanding something.

On both Q-P & Q2 you most certainly can select an "intermediate" shutter speed when in "shutter priority" mode.

Methodology:

1) Rotate shutter speed dial to a fixed value setting, eg: 1/60

2) Use thumbwheel to rotate either left or right to select intermediate value.

In the example of 1/60, you can choose 1/40, 1/50, [1/60], 1/80 or 1/100.

👍👍 👍   Yes!  Sure enough intermediate shutter speeds available in Shutter P'.

Thanks.  Surprised that with so many experts on here that answer didn't come quicker, but all is well with the world now.

I'm guessing most here are using Aperture Priority or Manual modes.
