Thanks to Jono Slack who brought to our attention the Leica M9 refurbished program, and gave me a couple of very helpful hints in how to approach Leica Customer Service and expedite the process. Thanks to jdlaing who stood up and did the custom tax arrangement on my behalf; thanks to andyturk and Charadis who also offer me help on that matter.
