Has anybody tried this lens with the MC-1 SA-L  adapter on the CL?

The Canon 100-400 v2 is a much better lens. So a user looking for best quality will rarely chose this sigma lens, so hard to find experiences. Recommendation, use the Canon lens instead.  (AF slow on SL, but IQ excellent for a Zoom, no experience with MC-1)

But in reality both lenses adapted are not a good idea for the CL, because IS is lost, which is their main strength. EF 100-400 v2 on a Canon 5DsR is a really great lens. But adapted to the SL not half as useful.  (With IBIS on S1R ? worth a test)
