Cases? Leica, the beautifully made vintage leather ones, like the very nice case I have on a IIIg. By that time, they'd figured out that the top half needed to be detachable, so it can be used as a half case. Straps? Also Leica, the unpretentious 14312 nylon strap with the clever attachment system and ring shields they just stopped making. Or Nikon's closest equivalent, the AN-4B, another black nylon strap that doesn't have the aggressive branding they use on the ones they usually bundle with cameras, and with plastic buckles that won't scratch your camera (I happen to have one of these on that IIIg case, since the case already has captive rings that work well well with the Nikon strap).
