jdlaing Posted September 3, 2019 Share #1 Posted September 3, 2019 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) First malfunction with my M-240P. When camera is on and I half press the shutter the exposure stops way down and the image is darkened. I first noticed this when reviewing some images. Checked it with live view and sure enough the image goes dark when the shutter is half pressed. Kind of like using electronic lenses and the lens stops down but this Is a body malfunction. ??? Boojay Posted September 3, 2019 Share #2 Posted September 3, 2019 (edited) Probably way off here, but just wondering if you have checked your iso setting - particularly auto iso?? I may just be misunderstanding your issue. Hope it's something simple and not a trip to Wetzler for your camera. Could be a bad battery but I can’t check til later. I’m hoping that’s it
