I tend to pull it out at 80% if I notice it's got there.  An 80% (vs 100%) charge increases battery life quite significantly, according to samsung who's laptops & tablets stop charging at 80% with battery saver turned on.

That said, I don't sit and watch it charge.  If it gets to 100% then that's what it gets to, and if I know I've got a full day of shooting coming up I'll full-charge it.

If you're worry about it, you're probably over thinking it.

Just as an FYI most modern chargers have dual current sensing on charge rates, meaning rapid charge till about 70% and slow charge thereafter.  The whole issue used to be with heating during a rapid charge.  For the most part this is not an isssue with smart charging techonology.  I do not see any risk in charging to 100% with today's smart chargers.
