Rodinal?

No. I previously developed a role in Adox Rodinal, but the results were too contrasting for my taste. It was either too black or too white with a slight dynamic range within the grays.
I am now developing the P30 with Adox Silvermax. This was originally the developer for the Silvermax films with a very high silver content. And since the P30 has a similarly high silver content, that fits quite well.

I 've noticed you use a lot rodinal. I do too, mostly with TRIX. That's why I was asking. Thanks so much for your reply!

Yes, I mostly use Rodinal.
But the Ferrania is a little more special. Just like the Silvermax film used to be.
In terms of application, however, it is very similar. A syrup, one-time developer and similarly long-lasting.
