That's the 50 Noctilux (except silver), which you own, and have used on the SL, right? The 75 Noctilux is same diameter and about a half inch longer, and available in black. Not much difference. Jeff Thanks. I don’t like silver lenses. Yes I used my first 095 on my SL. It was great. I wasn’t sure how much bigger the 75 was so thanks for the feedback neil
Jeff S Posted August 23, 2019 Share #8 Posted August 23, 2019 Pics and specs readily available at any major retailer site, like B&H. A search will also show pics/video of lenses on SL. Jeff

The closest I have is this. You have to mentally cut and paste it. 😁 It's meaningless anyway because the SL2 has a different design with round corners and is supposedly gorgeous, with IBIS. The red dot is still visible. Not a perfect cammo, jet

IBIS works well enough for handheld shooting at 1/20 sec. At 1/15 sec. not every shot is in focus. On taping the red dot, I did with the SL1, but it proved hard to clean afterwards when I wanted to sell it. This one would be even harder, hence, I refrained from it. I kind of like the SL1/2-P versions better. It helps to focus on “Das Wesentliche” when taking pictures. 😁 Edited November 25, 2019 by Chaemono

I tried the 75 Noctilux on the M10 and it was entirely too large for my preference but it looks reasonable on the SL. My guess is that the 75 Noctilux will be fantastic on the SL2. Haven't yet delved into the SL platform.

Does it balance better?

I will try with the 0.95 once I get the SL2. It balances well on the SL.
