Cameraleather can sometimes be a bit slow to respond, so you might also consider aki-asahi http://aki-asahi.com/store/html/M3_round-ear/pebble/index.php . I've used both over the years and can confidently recommend either, although aki-asahi for the M series I like better. I prefer coverings which are similar to the Leica originals, but periodically Cameraleather offers griptac coverings which IMHO aren't nearly as attractive as the more natural coverings, but do really offer a much better surface to hold onto. I bought a sample and cut out 3/8" circles which I use on the rear of my bodies as a thumb stabilizer.

I've also had good results with Aki-Asahi coverings on a variety of cameras. Very good and fast service.

Camera Leather has also been fast on in-stock choices. Most of the complaints I see are for the more exotic selections.

Somehow the words I entered about the Nikon seem to have been obscured by the photos.

i said that I have recently recovered a Nikon with leather from Aki Asahi. I found ordering, delivery and fitting very easy, but removing Leica vulcanite may be more difficult than the thinner Nikon covering. I chose blue leather from a range of colours and styles. I found on the website that not all leathers are shown on just the camera you are interested in, look at some other cameras to see views of leather colours and finishes available. I think they stamp out to order. They sent me a practice set of covers, in tartan! as well as the ordered colour.
