dusuacangmong Posted August 13, 2019 Share #1 Posted August 13, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) I recently find some another battery brand ( 3rd party) that could fit with leica Q, and i found that Panasonic Lumix DMW-BLC12 could fit perfectly: Welcome, dear visitor! Then i found that another brand could same as the Panasonic Lumix DMW-BLC12: This one same as the panasonic above but it x2 the capacity ( 2800mAh instead of 1200mAh). It a little bit expensive than the panasonic (30$ compare to 18$ panasonic) Question is anyone tried the 3rd party battery to replace the stock leica battery like this? ( The 2800mAh or the panasonic 1200 mAh?)
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! franzi Posted August 13, 2019 Share #2 Posted August 13, 2019 Bullshit fake battery! The Sigma BP-51 is the best battery that has the same quality as the original Leica. It is also manufactured in the same Panasonic factory. The capacity of lithium-ion batteries depends on the amount of lithium used and therefore on the size of the battery. A battery with twice the capacity in the same case is absolute nonsense and impossible.

m9photo Posted August 13, 2019 Share #6 Posted August 13, 2019 Besides cheaper, It does it's purpose that's what's important for me. I don't see myself spending $$ for extra battery just like Q2.
