lefse Posted June 26, 2019 Share #1 Posted June 26, 2019 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) In February 2019 Leica announced the M10-P ‘ASC 100 EDITION’. Has anyone seen/testet this camera in real life yet? I'm especially interested in the Leica M-PL-Mount Adapter that comes with it. Also, the camera has profiles (JPG, I believe) for ‘ASC Cine Classic’ and ‘ASC Contemporary’ looks. I'd be cool if these actually give you a look closer to say, Arri Alexa's look-files, rather than the usual film simulations from other companies. The digital bright-line frames showing "scope" aspect ratio is pretty neat too! Oh well, the adapter for PL-lenses will hopefully be available for purchase (soon)? Advertisement Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 Hi lefse, Take a look here M10-P ‘ASC 100 EDITION’ - film profiles?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
helohe Posted June 27, 2019 Share #2 Posted June 27, 2019 There are already some M-PL-Mount Adapters available from some other manufacturers. There wont be any rangefinder coupling of course and many PL lenses have a smaller image circle than 35mm therefore will show vignetting.
