EFC can’t be selected

I have Panasonic S1 and plan use it for my Leica M and S glasses. I like the compatibility here with S1.

I don’t have any native L Mount glasses or plan to buy any. 

However, I found I can’t select EFC in shutter type. My only option is MS, auto, ES, ES-NR. 

Is anything wrong with my camera or it is like that with non native L glasses.

I don't think there is anything wrong with your camera.  The EFC option is available with any of the Summicron SL lenses I have tried (35, 75, 90 and 24-90), but not with M-mount lenses.

Thank you for the reply. That is very unfortunate. I also don’t see that available with S glasses through S to Sl adapter.
