Very nice picture, Peter, but only a British guy can call this "sunshine" 😁

@epand56 Thank you for liking the photo. The 135mm APO is a dream to use for such a long lens.

It has been torrential rain at times here today. So much for Summer. Anyway, we might not get the enviable sunlight of Italy but we do have the best real ale in the world instead of fizzy lager. You and the Welsh have the best singers, the Scots blow bagpipes, and we don't care because the beer is so good.

Everywhere in the world is different, thank goodness.

Best wishes

Peter 🍺

The Artisan and Artist Smith camera bag makes totting a 4 lens M262 outfit a breeze, and for me the 135mm f3.4 is one of the “must haves” that includes the 21mm f3.4 Super Elmar and 35/75 combo that some days is the two Summicrons and some days the two f2.4 Summarits.

That’s the kit I’m looking to build over time ! 21 / 35 / 75 / 135..... maybe add a super long r 180 3.4 Apo.

Currently I have the 35 &75 crons.

Thanks for reminding me! I bought the Lee (all leather) variant of the Smith bag about ten years ago, long before I thought about buying a Leica, but never really used it. I’ve retrieved it from its hiding place and there’s easily room for two M bodies with lenses attached plus another two lenses. All I need now is an M10 Monochrom to go along with my M10-P.
