Thanks so much for this Dan. So I'm beginning to see banding at iso 25000 which is pretty good though not quite up there with the Sony A7rIII sensor. A huge improvement on the Q

the 25000 would look very cool in b&w :)

Reposting my question here (missed this thread, sorry :( )

What about shutter speed at high ISO? The Q was limited in bulb mode when pushing ISO high. Not handy for night photography.

Is it now possible to make long exposures with ISO at 3200 or 6400? Does it still require the NR frame to be taken before the shot?

I am not really interested in the super high ISO settings, I never use them.

I would like to know if the shutter length has been increased at 3200 or 6400 ISO compared to the Q, which would also mean a better performance of the sensor in my opinion (the length limit of the Q was probably there to preserve image quality).
