Advertisement Posted February 27, 2019 Posted February 27, 2019 Hi Graham (G4FUJ), Take a look here A friend's new car. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
earleygallery Posted February 27, 2019 Share #2 Posted February 27, 2019 Your friend is very lucky! When will it be finished? He's probably been waiting quite a while for that!
Graham (G4FUJ) Posted February 28, 2019 Author Share #3 Posted February 28, 2019 Thanks James. He is visiting the factory today (28th Feb). It's his first Morgan. He is very excited.
earleygallery Posted February 28, 2019 Share #4 Posted February 28, 2019 Sadly not as nice today (at least in S London) as it was yesterday to be picking up a Morgan, but I'm very envious! You need to post a photo of the end result too!
stuny Posted February 28, 2019 Share #5 Posted February 28, 2019 A very nice set. It appears they are using far less wood than in former times.
Graham (G4FUJ) Posted March 1, 2019 Author Share #6 Posted March 1, 2019 (edited) Pretty much the same amount of Ash Stuart. He's not collecting the car until mid-March, from one of the dealers James. I do have a further photo of the car in Final Assembly. But won't have the time to upload until next week. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll be at the factory to get a photo of the fully finished car (unless all is ready this morning). It still has to go through test, PDI and then have the underseal added, so probably not finished until early next week. Thanks all for the comments. Graham (G4FUJ) Posted March 2, 2019 Author Share #7 Posted March 2, 2019 Advertisement (gone after registration) In view of the forthcoming photo stoppage, thought I'd better link the last couple. Here the car is in final assembly (all the fiddly bits + wings refitted etc.): Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! And here is the completed car (still needs a couple of the lights connecting, but you can't see that!): Meanwhile I'm enjoying a weekend with friends in Ludlow - guess I'll be keeping those photos to myself!
