I still cant find the adaptor.  I would even consider a Pentax 67 lens adaptor to Leica s007   The Pentax 67 ( not the 6x7) lenses are excellent

Pentax 6x7 lens adapter to Leica S: https://leicastoremiami.com/products/leica-s-adapter-p67-for-pentax-6x7-lenses (an excellent adapter), or https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/983806-REG/metabones_mb_ls_px_bm1_pentax_67_lens_to.html (I have no experience with this adapter).

Pentax 645 lens adapter to Leica S: I got one made as mentioned here:

I have the metabones 67 adapter. It works perfectly with the 300/4 ED-IF. More impressively, it held the 400/4 with only the S body mounted to the tripod head (no plate for the lens foot). That was stupid of me, as the weight might have damaged the camera or adapter, but all was well. Here's the monster in action (sorry, can't resist) properly attached to the tripod.

It makes the S look like an APS-C.

Here it is aimed at the print on the white wall in the next room. It's Klimt's Birkenwald, and a birch tree is seen (zoomed in) on the LCD.

Full photo:

It's not a great lens, but it was under $400.

The 300/4 is much smaller, lighter, no CA, and twice the price. The 400/4 ED-IF is marvelous, costs twice again as much, and weighs 8 pounds.

The metabones is doing fine...

I love the tiny Pentax 645 A 75mm. It performs remarkably well, too.

The Pentax lenses are surprisingly good on the S as they only use the central part of the image circle. The 33-55mm FA (on manual focus mode) is a very light and quite wide zoom alternative to the 30-90mm S. The quality is obviously no way near the 30-90mm but horses for courses and all.

I got my adapter from this guy: william1039522@gmail.com . He's based in Hong Kong. I don't know if that e-mail address is still current but you could give it a go.

I don't know the manufacturer will still do it because the adapter made in the last year !

Where can I purchase the Pentax 645 lens adapter for Leica S mount?
