Theodore Sawle, dead for many years now, was the owner/operator of the historic Hyde's Mill. He was a welcoming person and never minded showing interested people around and explaining how the mill operated. He's shown here in the mill house making a replacement part for the wheel. The people who own the property now have fenced the area off and posted no trespassing signs around it.
