How many M9's out there on original sensor?

Year on from this and my original sensor is still good and I’m enjoying using the camera. Does feel a bit like playing with a hand grenade though and I’ve even asked for a trade in price for camera and lens  to change to a Q2. Have also considered just sending it to Leica to ‘get sensor done’ as Bonzo would say.

How are other respondents getting on?

Original sensor, M9-P, purchased Jun 2012. No special storage, just normal use.

Love the camera and images it renders.

My late 2009 M9 is still on its first sensor.

My M9 is on its first sensor and has a few corrosion spots. Hasn’t gotten worse (bought second hand with known corrosion issue after the free replacement period ended) and as long as I don’t shoot a clear blue sky at f16 the corrosion isn’t visible. I don’t plan on sending it in but must admit concern that the parts will run out eventually so may get it fixed at some point. Any other original sensor owners have concerns about the parts running out?

I bought mine in early 2010.  No sign of corrosion.

I see none on mine but I am careful over condensation and keep it stored with descant .  Probably overkill but I like the camera.
