Would the above lens sold as a companion for the original CL work with the current digital CL?

Your question appears in the part of the forum where German is the usual language, perhaps you should ask again in the international part.

I see no reason why lenses for the old CL would not work with the digital CL and an M-to-L-adapter. It was said that the old CL-lenses where not ideal for the M because they had simpler divices to transfer the focussing to the rangefinder. Even if this is true it won‘t matter for the digital CL, since you don‘t have any mechanical transfer from the lens to the camera and just use liveview.

Thank you. I guessed as much but wasn't sure what the key difference was for the -c type lenses produced for the original CL; presumably the same thing would apply to the 40mm Summicron?
