stuny Posted October 17, 2018 Share #1 Posted October 17, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) Helping explain the lack of crowds is this was during Saturday's early entry/viewing for members. By the time we left (12:15) everywhere was uncomfortably crowded. Welcome, dear visitor! Advertisement Posted October 17, 2018 Posted October 17, 2018 Hi stuny, Take a look here An unusually empty corridor at MoMA. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!

abrewer Posted October 26, 2018 Share #3 Posted October 26, 2018 No doubt the early entry afforded members is a premium perk at MOMA. A popular exhibit can go from unhurried and thoughtful to a miserable cattle drive under testy guards. Best go early and enjoy.
stuny Posted October 26, 2018 Author Share #4 Posted October 26, 2018 Frameit & David - Thank you. Allan - Thank you. We often go to MoMA for Saturday member early entry to see the latest special exhibits. We spent most of our time on this visit at the superb Charles White retrospective. If you go to our site: Photo Galleries > New York > Museums MoMA and start at page 8 you'll see what I mean. The Met opens at 10:00 on Saturdays for everyone, and that's one of the best times to go there, especially if you know what you want to see.
