But if you mean the structure on her left thigh, I think this is just caused by the water film running off in combination with the streaking light. Ah yes I had noticed that - it is indeed water + light rays on her thigh, as seen also near her right hand water drops. I had thought that Hari was referring to the dark/mottled appearance of her skin. There is a wall directly behind the photographer in this location, and sun directly ahead so that's why the shadows don't look great on her.
