elansprint72 Posted July 10, 2007 Share #1 Posted July 10, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) ....... now you folks will know that I'm not exactly in the Doug Herr league when it comes to wildlife photographs but..... we have a Wren's nest in the canvas gazebo in our garden. It was constructed during the first two weeks of May and there did not seem to be much action until about 3 weeks ago. Then it went quiet again, and not having seen the birds for days I gently put my finger into the nest and could feel some tiny eggs. The feeding has been going on for about a week now and tonight, when I saw Mum fly off, I dashed up, made some Wren-type noises and got this very quick snap before the angry parent got back. The second shot shows the nest under construction and the last one shows the builder.
