Thank you!  More bird shots to come . . .

The R 19mm II, and 21-35mm, as well as the 35, 50, 80mm Summilux-Rs  all give spectacular results on the Z7, allowing me for the first time to see just how great these lenses are all the way to the extreme corners, something the SL doesn't quite enable.  The Kyocera-made R 35-70mm f4 and R 80-200mm f/4.0 lenses really shine on the Z7 as well.  My one M wide, a 25mm ZM seems to prefer the SL.

If you get a chance, (if you haven't already) could you please post some images from the R 35-70 f4?

Thank you very much for that.  Loved the images.  I recently bought one in pretty much brand new condition...it's the first Leica lens I've bought for my R9 in over 12 years.  I've been using a 90mm (prime) and this variable (though slightly slower) appears to have a near the quality of of my APO-Summicron-R 1:2/90mm ASPH.  It's nice to finally be able to get a bit more of a wider angle than I've been used to.  At the same time, shooting with the 90mm for like 15 years helped me to get good at shooting with a 90mm lens!

With the 35 Summicron R, and a decent lashing of SilverEfexPro.
